Social Media Marketing and Office Manager

In this position, you will be responsible for managing all social media channels and marketing to build both the customer base and brand loyalty. Implementing the ongoing social media platforms will be a large part of this position. In addition to reporting/coordinating meetings and special projects, this position will also be responsible for responding to sales leads via phone and managing print marketing projects, such as magazines, direct mailers, and other forms of advertisements.
Other administrative duties will be required as well. Attention to detail and creativity is a must for the position as is the ability to effectively and efficiently multitask.
Some of the tasks are listed below:

Create/Design Social media graphics in line with brand
-
Assist outside contractors with the creation/design of marketing ads
-
Manage new leads and generate social media conversations
-
Manage blog posts, e-blasts, and writing content
-
Editing videos and posting on Youtube and other channels
-
Customer/Contractor management
-
Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of certain marketing projects such as Google Ad words, Google Analytics, Facebook
-
Monitoring and editing of websites as needed
-
Scheduling client appointments and other administrative duties as needed
-
Manage/respond to business/client emails
-
Help plan and organize client and company events
-
Additional special projects may be assigned by management
-
Answering phones and qualifying potential clients
-
Work with the office manager to input leads into company CRM and qualify/tag appropriately
Skill in the following are REQUIRED:

Advanced online user that is familiar with communication strategies for digital media optimization

Strong speaking, writing and editing skills, including demonstrated experience producing clear and concise materials.

Excellent time management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and show prudence in handling sensitive information.

Ability to follow established policies and procedures.

Availability on weekends and evenings for special events

Social media image/ad creation and branding (Instagram, Facebook, Facebook Business Page, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, Twitter)

We are looking for an experienced Residential Construction Project Manager/Foreman/Superintendent to plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish. You will organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
The right candidate for this role must be well-versed in many construction methodologies and procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines and backgrounds to achieve the best results.
The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind and great organizational skills. The ability to communicate to clients and to Amazing Outdoors’ management is crucial. The goal will be to ensure all projects are delivered on time according to requirements with ultimate client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:

Collaborate with others to determine the specifications of the project
-
Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements
-
Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
-
Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
-
Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
-
Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies
-
Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities
-
Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics, etc. and give them guidance when needed
-
Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
-
Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues
-
Perform minor punch items and warranty repairs
Skills
-
Proven experience as a construction project manager in the Outdoor living/pool construction space
-
In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
-
Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards
-
Complete understanding of a variety of hand/power tools to perform minor punch items and warranty repairs
-
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
-
Excellent organizational and time-management skills

A team player with leadership abilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
